Whether your goal is to ride across a continent, compete at a higher level, stay ‘ride fit’ for your bike-packing weekends, or you simply want to be able to get out as far and wide and as often as possible, and enjoy your cycling without the aches, pains and exhaustion you might currently endure, then we can help you to make this happen.
There is no lengthy sign-up required, all we ask is that you commit to a minimum of 3 months so that you can see tangible results from working with us - after that, it's up to you whether we continue to work together.
Each programme is designed around you as an individual, according to your base fitness level, where you would like to improve, and the amount of time you would like to spend getting there.
All of our team have been coaching and working with athletes for a considerable period time - over 40 years when you add it all together! We each continue our professional development, striving to be the best in our respective fields.
Henrietta (affectionately known just as ‘H’) qualified as an ABCC coach in 2019 and has coached for the past three years seeing some of her riders take part in the UCI master’s world championships. H splits her time between Cumbria and mainland Europe, where she trains and competes at UCI and World Tour level for the Dutch based GT Krush TUNAP women’s pro cycling team. H knows better than anyone that as well as the ‘numbers’ your head has to be ‘in the game’ to succeed in competition.
There is no such thing as a rest day for H! In order to keep her fitness in peak condition she trains every day, come rain or shine; cycling and running, as well as working on her strength and conditioning in the gym.
